When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address and your name) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this connection after storage is no longer necessary or restrict processing if there are legal storage obligations.

7. Hosting

The website is hosted on servers by a service provider contracted by us.
Our service provider is the 1&1 Ionos SE.

The servers automatically collect and store information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits when you visit the website. The stored information is:

  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Date and time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. These data are recorded on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of his website – for this purpose the server log files must be recorded. The location of the website server is geographically in Germany.

Instagram: On our company site we provide information and offer Instagram users the possibility of communication. If you carry out an action on our Instagram corporate site (e.g. comments, contributions, likes, etc.) you may make personal data (e.g. clear name or photo of your user profile) public. For the registration to our newsletter we use the so-called double-opt-in procedure. This means that after your registration we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address provided, in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within [24 hours], your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we store your IP address and the time of registration and confirmation. We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behaviour when the newsletter is sent. For this evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons, i.e. tracking pixels, which are one-pixel image files stored on our website. For the evaluation, we link the data and web beacons mentioned in the above-mentioned data with your e-mail address and an individual ID. The data is only collected pseudonymously, the IDs are therefore not linked to your other personal data, and a direct personal reference is excluded.
