When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address and your name) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this connection after storage is no longer necessary or restrict processing if there are legal storage obligations.

7. Hosting

The website is hosted on servers by a service provider contracted by us.
Our service provider is the 1&1 Ionos SE.

The servers automatically collect and store information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits when you visit the website. The stored information is:

• Referrer URL
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Date and time of the server request
• IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. These data are recorded on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of his website – for this purpose the server log files must be recorded. The location of the website server is geographically in Germany.

8.1 Use of social networks

Instagram: On our company site we provide information and offer Instagram users the possibility of communication. If you carry out an action on our Instagram corporate site (e.g. comments, contributions, likes, etc.) you may make personal data (e.g. clear name or photo of your user profile) public. However, as we generally or to a large extent have no influence on the processing of your personal data by Instagram, the company jointly responsible for our corporate identity, we cannot make any binding statements on the purpose and scope of processing your data. 9. Inquiries by e-mail, phone or fax

10. Newsletter mailing via Mailchimp

With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we inform you about our current interesting offers. The advertised goods and services are named in the declaration of consent.

For the registration to our newsletter we use the so-called double-opt-in procedure. This means that after your registration we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address provided, in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within [24 hours], your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we store your IP address and the time of registration and confirmation. The purpose of this procedure is to provide evidence of your registration and, if necessary, to clarify any possible misuse of your personal data.

Your e-mail address is the only mandatory information for sending the newsletter. If necessary, the provision of further, separately marked data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally]. After your confirmation we will save your e-mail address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR. Our newsletters are sent by Mailchimp on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR and on the basis of an order processing contract in accordance with § 28 GDPR. Mailchimp may use your data in pseudonymous form, i.e. without attribution to a user, to optimise or improve its service. However, Mailchip does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass the data on to third parties.

We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behaviour when the newsletter is sent. For this evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons, i.e. tracking pixels, which are one-pixel image files stored on our website. For the evaluation, we link the data and web beacons mentioned in the above-mentioned data with your e-mail address and an individual ID. The data is only collected pseudonymously, the IDs are therefore not linked to your other personal data, and a direct personal reference is excluded.

You can object to this tracking at any time by clicking on the separate link provided in each e-mail or by informing us via another contact channel. The information is stored as long as you have subscribed to the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we store the data purely statistically and anonymously. Such tracking is also not possible if you have deactivated the display of images in your e-mail program by default.
